Meet Grayson Phillips

Grayson Phillips is the heart behind Phillips Collective Living, a lifestyle-forward real estate brand built on connection, transparency, and the belief that finding home should actually feel good. A Giles County native and former first-grade teacher, Grayson holds both a Bachelor's and Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle Tennessee State University. After seven years in the classroom, she brought her love of people and problem-solving into real estate in 2016—and she’s never looked back.

Today, as a REALTOR® with Compass, Grayson blends deep market knowledge with a signature calm-but-confident approach. She’s known for her honesty, her communication style, and the way she turns stress into clarity. Throughout her career, Grayson has developed a wide-ranging skill set—representing clients in over 75 new construction homes, as well as guiding buyers and sellers through land purchases, auctions, investment properties, first-time homes, and forever-home transitions.
