She is a Tennessee native. Born and raised in Giles County, Grayson spent part of her life helping out on her family's farm as well as with their catering business. It was Middle Tennessee State University that brought her to Murfreesboro where she received a Bachelor of Science and Master in Curriculum and Instruction. Her passion for serving led her to Blackman Elementary where she taught first grade for 7 years. It was that same passion that led her to make a career change in 2016 when she joined the Parks family of Real Estate Agents.
"My favorite part of being a real estate agent is helping make a challenging or stressful part of my clients' lives easier by guiding them through the process of their next sale or investment," said Phillips. With her outgoing personality and great communication skills, she shows her clients she is honest and trustworthy while making their interests her highest priority. Grayson enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, friends, and family as well as her dog. She also loves giving back to her local church organization, cooking, and being outdoors.
